Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the bv77 platform. By accessing or using bv77 in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the provisions set out in this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bv77 ("bv77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://bv77.cam. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all features, content, services and tools made available through the bv77 platform.
bv77 is an English-language online gambling information and guide platform. bv77 does not itself operate a gambling service. All gambling activity facilitated or described on this platform is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party gambling operator. Users are entirely responsible for verifying the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction before registering or participating in any gambling activity.
By using this platform, you confirm that you have read and understood this Agreement in its entirety and that you consent to its terms. If you are using this platform on behalf of any entity, you further represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement unless the context requires otherwise:
Access to and use of the bv77 Platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of this Agreement. Acceptance is deemed to have occurred upon the earliest of the following acts:
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. Where amendments are material, bv77 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice, but this does not affect the binding nature of the updated Terms.
To create an Account on the bv77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Registration on the bv77 Platform requires the provision of accurate personal information. During the registration process, and as part of ongoing account management, the Platform and its associated Operators apply Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification procedures.
5.1 Required Documentation. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:
5.2 Verification Timelines. KYC document review timelines vary depending on the Operator's internal processes. bv77 cannot guarantee specific verification timescales. Until KYC is completed, withdrawal processing may be suspended.
5.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bv77 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
You agree to use the bv77 Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:
bv77 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this clause and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination and referral to law enforcement authorities where warranted.
All betting and gaming activity on the Platform is subject to the specific rules published by the relevant Operator at the time of placing a bet or participating in a game. bv77 provides educational information about betting formats, game categories and wagering mechanics, but the definitive rules governing each bet or game are those of the applicable Operator.
7.1 Odds and Results. Odds presented on the Platform are indicative and educational in nature. Actual odds applicable to any bet are those confirmed at the time of bet placement on the Operator's platform. Results are determined by the Operator's proprietary settlement systems and, in the case of sports bets, by officially recognised result-reporting bodies.
7.2 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void by the Operator in circumstances including, but not limited to: abandonment or postponement of the relevant sporting event beyond the Operator's specified threshold; technical errors affecting odds display; or evidence of fraudulent market manipulation. Void bets are settled at the stake return amount.
7.3 Live Betting. In-play betting markets, including ball-by-ball cricket markets for PSL T20 and ICC fixtures, are subject to rapid odds changes. It is the User's responsibility to confirm the applicable odds prior to bet confirmation. Bets placed after an in-play event has concluded (late bets) may be voided at the Operator's discretion.
bv77 may describe or reference various bonus and promotional offers available through associated Operators. All such offers are subject to the Operator's own published terms and conditions, which take precedence over any general description published on the bv77 Platform.
8.1 Wagering Requirements. Most bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements — conditions specifying the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Where bv77 references illustrative wagering requirements (for example, a 20× requirement), these are educational examples only. The actual requirement applicable to any specific offer is that published by the Operator at the time the offer is claimed.
8.2 Bonus Eligibility. Eligibility for any bonus or promotion is determined entirely by the Operator. bv77 makes no representation or warranty that any User will qualify for any described offer. Factors affecting eligibility may include deposit method, account verification status, geographic location and prior bonus history.
8.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, circumvent or abuse bonus terms — including through multiple account registrations, coordinated wagering strategies intended to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play, or use of promotional balances in excluded game categories — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and the applicable Operator's terms. The Operator reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and associated winnings in such circumstances.
All financial transactions on the bv77 Platform — including deposits, withdrawals and currency conversions — are processed by the relevant Operator and/or their appointed payment service providers. bv77 does not itself process, hold or transmit User funds.
9.1 Payment Methods. bv77 references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — solely as contextual references to help Pakistani Users understand the payment landscape. These references do not constitute an endorsement of gambling by, or a partnership with, any of these providers. Actual payment method availability, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing times are determined exclusively by the applicable Operator and the relevant payment service provider.
9.2 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are typically subject to: completion of KYC verification; satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements; and the Operator's internal processing timelines. bv77 cannot guarantee specific withdrawal timescales. Users are advised to review the Operator's published withdrawal policy before initiating any transaction.
9.3 Currency. Account balances on the Platform are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the Operator supports PKR-denominated accounts. Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate and any associated fees are determined by the Operator or payment provider and are not controlled by bv77.
9.4 Cryptocurrency. Where a Operator accepts cryptocurrency deposits (such as BTC or USDT), such transactions are subject to blockchain network confirmation times and applicable conversion rates at the time of deposit. Cryptocurrency availability is operator-dependent and subject to change without notice.
bv77 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity undertaken by adults with funds set aside for that purpose — never as a means to generate income, resolve financial difficulties or escape personal problems.
10.1 Age Restriction. bv77 is strictly for adults aged 18 or older, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction. Participation in gambling by persons below the applicable minimum age is prohibited.
10.2 Responsible Gambling Tools. The following tools are typically available through the Operator's account dashboard and Users are strongly encouraged to use them:

All Content on the bv77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, guides, betting glossary entries, layout and code — is the intellectual property of bv77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
11.1 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform's Content for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes only.
11.2 Prohibited Use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bv77. Unauthorised use of Platform Content constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
11.3 Third-Party Marks. Payment-provider names (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), sports league names (PSL, ICC) and other third-party marks referenced on this Platform are the property of their respective owners. Their mention on bv77 is for contextual and informational purposes only and does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.
12.1 No Warranty. The bv77 Platform and all Content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness or non-infringement.
12.2 Informational Platform. bv77 is an informational and guide platform. It does not operate a gambling service, does not hold player funds and does not settle bets. All direct obligations relating to gambling activity rest with the applicable Operator. bv77 accepts no liability for losses arising from gambling activity conducted on any third-party Operator platform.
12.3 No Guarantee of Outcome. Nothing on this Platform constitutes a guarantee of gambling outcomes, odds accuracy, or financial return. Gambling involves risk. Users accept that they may lose all funds wagered.
12.4 Aggregate Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bv77's aggregate liability to any User for any claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by the User to bv77 in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) PKR 5,000.
bv77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons (without limitation):
13.1 Voluntary Closure. Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are subject to the resolution of any outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawals or ongoing investigations.
13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 11, 12, 14 and all dispute-resolution provisions — shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is incorporated, as stated in the Operator's own published terms and conditions.
Where the applicable governing law permits, disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice of a dispute, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitral institution, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction as applicable.
bv77 reserves the right to revise, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Changes will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where amendments are material — for example, changes affecting User rights, fee structures or data-processing practices — bv77 will endeavour to provide advance notice via email or a prominent site notice where reasonably practicable.
It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.1.
